Does GunTab automatically collect sales tax for sellers?

GunTab will automatically collect sales tax when the seller has enabled sales tax collection]().

If a buyer or seller chooses automatic sales tax when starting a transaction, GunTab will automatically calculate and collect the appropriate locality-specific sales tax from the buyer.

GunTab assumes sales tax is zero unless the seller has enabled sales tax collection for the buyer’s state.

Sales tax cannot be calculated until the buyer selects a shipping address, because sales tax is collected for the buyer’s jurisdiction (not the seller’s).

Sales tax is never automatically collected from buyers with a declared sales tax exemption.
