Why can't I find the verification amounts?
If you can’t see the GunTab verification charges for your card/bank in your online banking:
- Confirm you are looking at the correct account. It can be easy to look at the wrong account if you have multiple card/bank accounts with your bank and/or multiple cards/banks in GunTab.
- Check the “pending” section of your online banking (if there is one). Some banks don’t show amounts that are still pending.
- Call your bank and speak with a representative. Ask them for the amounts of the 2 charges from “GunTab”.
If your bank representative can’t find the amounts, and you are trying to verify a bank account, you probably entered incorrect bank account information. Please wait a few days while your bank reports what the problem is. As soon as your bank reports back to us, we will let you know what they say.
