Why is a canceled transaction appearing in my credit card history?

If you pay for a GunTab transaction with a credit card, but your transaction is canceled, that amount may continue to appear in your online banking for a few days. This is normal. There are two specific scenarios:

1. If your transaction was canceled soon after you paid, the charge will be “voided”. It will disappear from your online banking in a few days.
2. If your transaction was not canceled soon after you paid, the charge will be “refunded”. Both the payment and the refund will appear in your online banking permanently.
