GunTab is an escrow service. It only has the power to issue refunds for the fees it charges, most notably the service fee of 2.9%. It does not have the power to issue refunds for transaction merchandise, as that power belongs to the seller of the merchandise.

GunTab issues refunds solely at its own discretion. GunTab is not obligated to issue a refund under any circumstance.

NOTE: It is the Seller's responsibility to deliver the purchased goods in the condition described.
